William "Bill" S. Rea, MBA, CPA, Managing Member

William Rea has broad financial, operational and strategic leadership with more than 26 years experience in public, private, governmental and international companies specializing in construction, real estate development, mortgage banking, energy distribution, commodity trading, petroleum product terminal operating, professional services, retail, leasing, manufacturing, banking, technology and entrepreneurial environments. Exceptional insight in the areas of strategic planning, tax planning and compliance, forensic accounting, trading risk management, budgets, capital formation, banking, post-merger and acquisition integration, litigation support; investment management, accounting control, financial reporting, and operations management. He is highly skilled at growing companies rapidly without losing sight of financial and operational details. Mr. Rea is a Columbia University MBA and an actively licensed CPA.

H. C. "Jack" Eads Jr., Consultant

Mr. Eads is an active, outside, independent Corporate Director on publicly traded and family corporate boards following retirement from a nationally recognized 30-year career in City Management. He also successfully invests in real estate nationwide.

Corporate Board Committee assignments include: Audit Committee (Chairman), Compensation Committee (Chairman) and Nominating Committee. He has been identified as a financial expert.

Significant accomplishments during his 13-year tenure as City Manager in the City of Coral Gables, Florida include obtaining AAA Issuer Credit Rating Bond rating, developing underutilized City property into productive income producing assets. Projects include:

· $275 million, 10-acre upscale shopping destination.
· Bus terminal converted to luxury rental apartments.
· Conversion of the insolvent city owned historic Biltmore Hotel to a profitable luxury hotel.

While City Manager, Coral Gables was nationally recognized for its financial strength, low tax rate, effective management, and a high quality of life. Property values rose and the City grew through a strategic annexation process.

Jack began his city management career as a budget analyst in the City of Miami and moved through progressively responsible positions that included Miami International Airport Administration, Assistant to the Director of Tourism (Miami-Dade County), and Assistant City Manager with responsibility for departments of Police, Fire, Budget, Procurement, and Parks and Recreation.

A retired Air Force Officer with 27 years active and reserve service, Mr. Eads and his wife, Linda, reside in Miami Beach, FL.

Jane G. Gould, Consultant

Jane Gould moved to Miami in 2006 from New York City. She is currently the President of Jane Gould & Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in advising health care organizations, non-profit companies and start up corporations in all aspects of organization development. Prior to that she was President of Virtual Nurse a start up health care company headquartered in S. Florida. While living in New York City, Jane was President and CEO of a large health care system which provided home health care services to over 25,000 persons a year. While living in Albany, New York, the Capitol of New York State, Jane served in the administration of two Governors and was a member of the Cabinet of then Governor Mario M. Cuomo heading the State Office for the Aging. She is a nationally recognized authority on aging in America.

Jane served as the Chair of the Board of the Home Care Association of New York State. She also was the Chair of the Board of the Washington D.C. based National Association of State Units on Aging. She was vice president of the National Council of Senior Citizens, a union sponsored organization in Washington and was President of the League of Women Voters in Dutchess County, NY. She is a Fellow of the Hunter College Brookdale Center on Aging in New York City.

She graduated with a BA from Boston University where she also did her graduate work. She also attended the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Program for State and Local Officials.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami Light Project, a Miami based performance arts organization.

Amelia "Mel" Rea Maguire, Esq, Consultant

Amelia Rea Maguire has over 29 years of business and governmental experience, including 20 years in corporate law practice, with a focus on financial institutions, international trade, economic development, corporate finance, and government relations. Ms. Maguire is former Secretary of the Florida Department of Commerce and former Assistant Secretary for the Florida Economic Development and Tourism Divisions. As a partner in two global law firms, Ms. Maguire directed large platform client development initiatives and worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Maguire also developed a variety of Client Development Programs as well as North-South strategies for multiple professional services firms at a global level. Ms. Maguire has worked extensively with companies in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Ms. Maguire graduated, with Honors, from Florida State University College of Law and with a B.A. from the University of Florida. Ms. Maguire is a Board Member of the Coast Guard Foundation Inc., The InternetBar.org, the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Women’s Leadership Board, and on the Executive Committee and Chair of Legislative Committee on the Florida State University Foundation, Inc., and a member of the Western Hemispheric Summit Executive Committee, the Florida International Affairs Commission, and the Council of the Americas.

Tina Malloy, Consultant

Tina Malloy has over 16 years in marketing and administrative work with law firms and private companies. She has extensive experience in accounting and billing processes, overall oversight of day-to-day operation issues, creating and implementing employee policies. Other experience includes hiring professionals, staff, and managing human resource matters. In addition, Ms. Malloy has coordinated and managed employee benefit programs, provided oversight of IT and accounting functions, maintained community and organizational relationships, managed general facilities, and supported numerous marketing, public relations, advertising efforts, and organizational relationships.

Ms Malloy has also worked as a legal recruiter, in which she has placed top professionals in various fields.

Ms. Malloy is also currently owner and president of “The Virtual Administrator, Inc.” an administrative and recruitment consulting firm. The company is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Malloy regularly attends networking functions such as BNI meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, and political functions to promote her business.

Ms. Malloy has a B.A. in Communications from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
